I was not alive during Reagan’s presidency. How similar are the two criminal investigations led by congress?

Carlin wasn't specifically talking about the Iran-Contra investigation, though. He was just talking about the fact that Reagan hired a lot of unethical hypocrites -- back in the days when the public actually cared about such things.
