Thugs and punks like this in the league and Ricky Williams is facing a year suspension for possibly smoking pot.

Actually, Ricky Williams failed multiple drug tests. Manning Jr. hasn't been found guilty of anything yet. And for every one of these stories, there are probably a dozen that get brushed under the rug - that never get reported and no arrests are made.
