What are everybody's thoughts on the passing of the horse-collar rule??I think it'll be tricky to enforce given the wording...You can still tackle by the collar or shoulderpads, but you can't ride them down and drop on the back of their legs. There's also something about the number of steps the guy being tackled takes once grabbed...
