Rudi Johnson missed the Bengals' afternoon practice.

He apparently injured the top of his right foot in the team's morning practice. There is no word on the seriousness of the injury.

There's no reason to overreact to news like this, but when you combine this news with Irons' injury and the problems on the OLine, I think it makes Kenny Watson roster worthy in medium to large leagues, esp PPR leagues. Yes they have still have those great WRs, but there could be a number of 3rd down dump offs to the RB.

Great WRs? I'm not sure Houshamazilly is great. Good, but not great. Chris Henry is suspended for 8 games, and he will probably screw up again in the future. If Rudi goes down, the Bengals are in deep doo doo.

Really? I think Houshmandzadeh is very good and I've seen other people saying he could out produce Johnson this season.

Really? I think Houshmandzadeh is very good and I've seen other people saying he could out produce Johnson this season.

Dunno about outproducing Johnson but CJ / Housh is a prime tandem.J

Yeah, they're pretty good, but not having Henry hurts the unit as a whole, and if one were to go down for any length of time the Bengals are in trouble. Having said that, Housh is good, but not elite.

I don't disagree and I choose Johnson in a draft recently, but I have seen rankings/talk of that. Wish I could remember where.

Housh had more receptions and more TDs than Johnson in 2006, in just 14 games to Johnson's 16. It's entirely plausible that Housh could outscore Johnson if he stays healthy.

plus tj was more consistent (even playing with a broken back) than cj...take away those two blow up games (450 yds, 5 td's) and the guy was frustrating for you (i.e. not worth his value) the remainder of the season..

I don't think so.I don't think Glenn has a shot at outscoring Terrell Owens but some might, I suppose. Each have made the pro bowl, have they not? Ease up Colt fan, no one is bashing your boy, Wayne.This is about great WR COMBOS, as in "2".CJ and Housh is a great WR combo, top 3, imo.
