Moats doesn't seem like a good fit for Denver. I know he's probably not the key here, but still seems odd.

If true, I think it says Shanahan wanted to remove T Bell from the change of pace role he was clearly unhappy with, and find a similar player who seems content with such a role. Not that Bell's role in Philly will be better, but at least he is someone else's issue and not Denver's.

yeah, Moats is more of a pure 3rd down guy, but still odd to me. Does Denver need D-Line help? I didn't think Walker was that good.

Denver ALWAYS needs D-line help. Apparently Cleveland is out of defensive linemen. If true, Tatum must really be in the dog house w/ Shanny.

Moats isnt even a good 3rd down guy . . . he is not a good blocker and he had SEVEN total receiving yards last year . . .

I say this is not ture. Why would Denver deal Tatum Bell when they have nothing behind Mike Bell at RB? Forget Dayne he stinks and they can't win much with him. Unless they have another deal in mind for a RB this is probably not ture. There would be more news than this if it were true. ESPN would be all over it on there MNF telecast. It's highly doubtful that Denver would ever make a trade like this. This sounds like wishful thinking from Philly fans.

I called KUSA, the NBC affiliate in Denver and they have heard absolutely nothing about this. Unless it just happened, they were in touch with people in the Broncos camp earlier this evening and they didn't mention it, they've received no notice about it (phone/fax/email). I'm guessing this is not a real trade and no more than rumor at this point.

Lelie 6-3, 200lbs

2002 - 525/2

2003 - 628/2

2004 - 1084/7

Pinkson played on a pass-happy offense the majority of those years, Lelie played on a run-first offense.

Lelie's numbers in 2004 were not shabby at all, considering he only had 54 receptions for 1084 yards and 7 TDs! In a 1PPR league, that placed him as WR #25. For non-PPR leagues, he was WR #22. Either way, a serviceable number 2 or strong number 3 fantasy receiver.

If he were to goto the Eagles, it isn't at all unreasonable to see a repeat of that performance. And, since he went undrafted in my Omega league (and I plucked him off waivers), that would be quite a bargain.
