A.  I don't think any one fund has remotely close to that large of a short position.

B.  Short selling isn't a bad thing.

C.  Their sole purpose is to make money, not bankrupt the business.  Bad business bankrupts a business.

Pfizer and BioNtech are working on a lyophilized, or powdered version, of the vaccine that will just need to be reconstituted in liquid to eliminate temp requirements. They expect to accomplish that this year.

With a 'put' they are forced to buy if the stock reaches a certain level?

Where do you get the info on how many put contracts are out as compared to just a short?

 
People can keep saying GME is not worth this price, but if they were to issue 1,000,000+ shares at $325 after close these put positions would be lining up to get them so they did not have to pay what us memers will charge. So Game Stop's balance sheet could look pretty damn sweet if they did something like this.

so if the gamma squeeze or whatever happens what do i do just have my two crappy shares yes you read that two shares of amc set at a limit sell of like a grand and just hope somebody has to buy them or what i am trying to make sense of this but its way over this brohans head thanks in advance and take that to the bank stonkmigos

Thanks. Been on my watchlist. Just saw they reported great earnings, managed to open up a bunch of stores during a pandemic, and raised their dividend by 30%. So naturally they’re tanking. Started a third of a position in the ROTH.

My prediction is both GME and AMC have officially hit gamma squeeze. These hedge companies must be lobbying for relief or something because these stocks should theoretically go to the moon right now. I am guessing we are the punch line somehow though.

i am trying to set my schwab account to sell my amc stocks for 1000 dollars and it wont let me so ive been moving it down by 100 each time and it wont even let me try to limit sell them for 100 each thats total crap im calling them now and im going to give them the business you dont mess with swc and his two shares of amc take that to the bank bromigos

im trying to get myself a sweet slightly preowned yugo but schwab wont even let me sell them im stuck on hold and honestly pissed off who are they to tell me what i can list my two shares for thats garbage take that to the bank brohans 

 
is anyone else on schwab having the issue i am i would appreciate anyones help who knows more about this than i do which is basically anyone take that to the bank bromigos

Fidelity will only let you set the Limit stop at double the last sale... not sure about Schwab as I'm a n00b there. 

 
i know that once upon a time on cydy i had it set to sell at 100 bucks a share and it was worth a lot less than amc shares at that time this looks like it is some thing they put in place to stop reddit from taking over the galaxy and it sucks screw them take that to the bank brohans
