Stock Thread (9 Viewers)

They have played this runup perfectly and paid down warrants to stave off bankruptcy. With vaccines rolling out in large numbers, they should emerge as the giant theater chain with cash on hand to buy all the others that did not get this bump. Medium term, I definitely like this stock. As much as the home movie experience is awesome these days, people like to go to the movies. And no one will support a plan in the short term to buy Milan for your TV for $40. Eff that. I want the reclining chairs and the THX sound system and crappy popcorn.
This is really the only thing I miss about going to a movie theater.

just hit 20 minutes on hold with schwabarino take that to the bank brochachos
What I wouldn't give to get patched in on that call.  :lmao:
brohan i would have just kept calmly repeating let the swc sell his amc you dig over and over until they relented and then i would have said hey bromigo its all good in the hood now heres some brandy and then i would have played it into the speaker and you know damn well he would have put that on speaker phone and everyone in the whole schwab place would have chilled the hell out and said man i hope that guy calls more often take that to the bank

I started the day with shares at $8.44. I executed sales at $14.00, 14.25, 14.50, $14.75, $15.00, 15.25, and $15.50. Right now I have 7,500 shares left at an average cost of $2.59. I think I will sell enough at the close to be free rolling into the weekend. A bit fearful about getting screwed by the government, more shares issued, etc. It's clear the puts are not panic buying yet, but the day isn't over yet.
Why do people need to buy for the puts?  The puts are OTM so they will just expire worthless, no?

It's the people that sold calls that will need to buy.

I don't own an iPhone (Android guy, yo) but my kids all have iPads and my wife has an iPhone.  So I bought AAPL because my family seems to be supporting their business.

Today, I went online to my almamater (sp?) and bought a giant purple hoodie.  I had a choice - Champion or Nike.  The Champion was $20 cheaper, but I own NKE so I decided to shoot the locks off, buy the more expensive hoodie and support their business.

Since I now own 20,000 shares of SIFO and I don't know what they do other than Schwab says they are a tobacco company, I think I'll pick up smoking again.  How much is pack of Cigs these days?  They still $2 bucks?
They're so delicious with a whiskey and after a joint.*

*I'm not advocating smoking cigs and my stance is 100% "not even one" but it's way too late for me.

I don't understand the whole 'puts' thing, but I always thought if you sold puts that you wanted the price to go up.

Right, if people sold puts for $200-$300 and GME closes above 300 then the puts just expire.  The people that sold the puts make money and the people that bought the puts lose money but no one has to buy shares.

But anyone that sold calls under $300 naked will have to buy shares to cover that contract.

As for the gamma squeeze I am 50/50 on whether we will see one today.  This is different than last Friday where EVERY option strike was ITM.  The highest call available was $60 and GME was above that so literally every single person that wrote a naked call had to buy shares all at once.

Right now you can write GME calls all the way up to $560 on GME so if GME is sitting around $320 there are still going to be a lot of call contracts that expire OTM and no one has to buy shares for.

ETA: AMC has calls up to $40 and is trading at $14 so plenty of calls that will expire OTM there as well unless things start ramping up fast.

I would pay good money for SWC and Studs to have their own YouTube/twitch channel

My SFIO purchase hit, so I'm now at 22,500 shares at .063.

If this hits a quarter I'll be very happy. If it hits a buck I'm sending @NajehHejan a bottle of bourbon.

OK so looking at it more it looks like GME probably hits a mini gamma squeeze if it finishes above $320.  Seems like no way market makers will let it finish above $320 when it's so close.  It's so easy for them to drive the price down that little bit and retail can't even fight back with robinhood restrictions s till on.

AMC they have more work to do as gamma squeeze looks like $9.  They are hitting it hard as I speak though.

They make stuff or do stuff or something like that.. @NajehHejan typed it out earlier but if didn't seem important.
TA DA!

Smokefree Innotec Inc. develops and markets electronic smokeless cigarettes. The Company's products protect non-smokers from second hand smoke while providing smokers a way to smoke anywhere, including places where smoking is prohibited and with less health risks than regular cigarette consumption.

Guys, we can SMOKE in the AMC theaters while we eat stale popcorn.  WATTBA!

There's an acquisition and some sort of parent company expansion thingy being announced Monday too.

Apparently it's going to hit a dollar... or fifty dollars or something.

SFIO is leaving their smokefree ways behind and selling high end donuts and lattes in New Zealand. If this thing hits a dollar, FBG trip to Auckland!!!!

DeepF******Value still holding 50000 shares worth 16.25 million, 500 April $12 calls worth 16 million, and 13.8 million in cash. $46 million total in his etrade account, started at 53k.

What's your conviction with BLPG? I've been watching that as I bought a couple of weeks ago. Par for the course with penny stocks. Thanks for the tips, regardless.
I'm really bummed about BLPG. I tried to unload it at .0032 and it wouldn't hit. I kept lowering it 1 tick until it dropped from 003 to 0028 then I said screw this, and canceled the order. I'm holding out hope it rebounds but who knows, If it gets back to 0032/0033 area I'll be selling and moving on to more SFIO.

I don't get why he's still holding anything.  I admire him for wanting to really stick it to the shorts, but if that were me I would have sold it all on Wednesday and died already from an OD of cocaine and hookers.  Prolly would of died a few times.

He's taken a bunch out as well, right?  Plenty for cocaine and hookers.
