The Rehearsal season 2 is crushing it. I absolutely lost it in episode 3...haven't laughed that hard in a long time.

Finished the pitt last night. We really enjoyed it. I never cared for medical dramas, but I'm very glad i gave this a chance. Thanks to all those that recommended it and gave it high praise, it was spot on.
Was this a single season series, or will there be more? I feel invested in the characters and would love to see more.

I'm pretty sure I read it's coming back for Season 2
Not a collection of words often seen together.
Pretty sure they announced season 2 will start filming in June with a 4th of July theme. Rumored to be out January of 2026.

I finished it last week and also really enjoyed it. My only critique would be something I complain about a lot of shows. I reckon it could have been shorter - like 10-12 episodes.
Where did you find a VHS machine that was working?

Severance (Apple) season 2: 9/10 - Remains one of my favorite current shows, though I actually liked season 1 slightly better. We have had a ton of conversation on this board about the show already so I'll spare it.
Paradise (Hulu) 8/10 - Primarily focuses on a depressed bodyguard to the president who suddenly must solve the president's murder in a dystopian near future with a plot twist revealed very quickly. Think Silo combined with The Truman Show. The series reminds me a lot of an Apple show where the premise is great and it's worth watching, but series nonetheless has flaws either with the plot holes (there are several in Paradise) and the acting performances or choices are just... off. Worth a watch, but is not upper echelon of television.
The Four Seasons (Netflix) 6.5/10 - A "dramedy" about a group of couple friends and their struggles in their marriages. 8 very short episode are really set up as 4 vignettes where in each vignette the couples get together for a vacation get together. Think "Couples Retreat" mixed with... I dunno, a poor man's White Lotus? Another show probably worth watching with a significant other that is premised fine but just not well executed. The acting is good and there are some funny back and forths with the characters but I couldn't tell the entire time what the point was (other than to show how flawed we can be in relationships as humans). I definitely felt while watching that the show did not earn the "twist" is gave in the last "season" and Mrs. Woz and I weren't sure who to be rooting for nor what the point was other than that we all suck at being in a relationship.

This was excellent!
Dramatic storytelling of the ABC Sports production team covering the ‘72 Olympics in Munich. One scene in particular was interesting when they discussed whether to use the word “terrorists” on the air which sounded like it may have been in the early stages of its use.
Also lots of discussion about if they were willing to show an execution live on television.
They did a great job portraying the intensity and drama as it was unfolding behind the scenes.
So many good aspects!

I’ve seen this movie 3 or 4 times.
If you haven’t seen it, it’s about a local millionaire businessman “man of the year” popular kind of guy, that also happens to be a meticulous sociopathic killer.
Definitely on my top 10 list of movies from the last 25 years!!! Costner’s interaction with his “ego” played by William Hurt is some of the best writing ever. Such an entertaining relationship!!

Been on a limited series roll for a while.
Sharp Objects - Pretty good but dragged in the middle. Interesting role for Amy Adams. Ending is pretty nuts. 7/10
11.22.63 - Another one worth watching. Some of the acting was questionable, but the romantic subplot had good chemistry and payoff. 7.5/10
3 Body Problem - Ok, not a limited series, but I really liked this one. Did not read the books which I think helps, although this makes me want to read the books. Just started Bodies, and so far it's alright.
I know all that. Just the word "record" made me think about VHS for whatever reason and tried to make a joke. Since everything is just stored in the clouds it doesn't seem like you are "recording" anything. More like just putting it as a favorite for you to have easy access later.

Haha, just a little fun. I think of "record" more in today's tech, even with streaming. Maybe a DVR thing but even Hulu lets you record something. Where "tape" is for VHS. Or cassette tapes...

Thankfully, I'm usually able to look past stuff like this if its an interesting story, which it is.

I think I am three or four episodes in to "Your Friends and Neighbors" with Jon Hamm.
About a millionaire who loses his job and catches his wife with his good friend, so he starts stealing from the neighbors as a means to continue his lifestyle / alimony, etc.
It's ok all around. Hamm is great. No real eye candy. Humor is spotty.

The commercials and clips I’ve seen for Your Friends and Neighbors didn’t grab me. Premise seems like something I would like but I’m not convinced they’ve executed on it based on what they have pushed out there to entice viewers. I let Apple TV lapse, figured I’d wait to see if people (like you people) watch it for a season or two and say it found its legs.

And what a mess season 3 was. It was like they had only a day to write the script for each episode and just kept resorting to different ways to have characters kill other characters. Eventually I ended up disliking every main character except maybe Callie.

I've watched the show, mostly... still have no idea which name goes to which character. hasn't gotten in the way of my viewing.
and even my 13yo daughter finds the whole thing silly- which I'm sure it's meant to be.
I think I find the life in the woods part more interesting than the 20 years later back home part. but don't really care enough about either. i guess we'll see how they're rescued in S4 and it's all feeling a bit Losty.
