There was no first cut as there were fewer players than where the cutoff was. An earlier post claims the cutoff was at 123.7, but that seems a bit high. I had 125.9 points and would have thought I would been closer to the middle of the pack, not barely making the cut.I heard last year the first cut was under 100 points.My own scoring gives me 148.5 this week. The earlier post was Mr Drinen and although it's not official...I'd be shocked if 123.7 wasn't within a point or two of the cutoff.Also...keep in mind that 60% or so of the players have Frank Gore...so that'll bump up everyone's average score. Last year was a different type of contest. As I recall, when they ran the Survivor style before, scores were lower because rosters were smaller (you only got 4 RB's & 6 WR's?). More players on your roster=more chances to score points=higher scores.There was no first cut as there were fewer players than where the cutoff was. Yeah, most of the teams I see with Gore took one great guy, then Gore, then 3 cheapo players like Norwood or Morency who won't produce ####. That leaves 1 back with decent points and 4 with very low points =Even if we have other players on our team?

Since 60% of us have gore, that means even if he does get stuffed, the low tide affects all (or most) boats.In other words, since so many of us have Gore, he cancels himself out.
I think two of Taylor, Lewis, Parker, or Barlow should do ok that week.
