True, but a bad week in the next couple of weeks will probably eliminate a lot of his owners. At least that's what I'm hoping.I find it amazing that Tomlinson is so much more valuable than anyone else in this competition. I mean - it's not surprising that a lot of his teams are still around. But given his cost of $71, I wouldn't have thought he'd turn out to be the consensus best value pick out there since presumably picking him forces you to compromise elsewhere. But I guess he's come on extremely strong right when some of the tougher cuts have taken place, and that's why he's turned out to be such a great pick.

Then it best be at Denver next week! Home vs Oakland looks ok for him (131/1 at their place this year) and after that it will be a moot point. My thoughts exactly.True, but a bad week in the next couple of weeks will probably eliminate a lot of his owners. LaDainian Tomlinson, RB SDNews: After the Chargers surprised the Bengals after being down 21 points in the first half, it's time for an AFC West showdown at Denver, where the Chargers hardly ever win. Perhaps one reason why is because RB LaDainian Tomlinson hasn't played particularly well in Denver. He's never had a 100-yard game in five visits to Denver, and his top performance was 75 yards as a rookie in 2001. Not surprisingly, the Chargers lost all five times. "That has been the biggest factor,"Then it best be at Denver next week! Brutal, dude, just brutal. Congrats on making it to the top 1/6 of entries though!-QGI missed the cut by 0.1 points. To top it off, Rivers was my high scorer at QB. He ended up with 2 rushing yards after taking a knee each of the last 2 plays of the game and losing 1 yard each time. Those 2 yards lost prevented me from advancing for another week.Looking forward to next year, good luck to everyone still left.

So that team is yours. It's the team I posted about back in post #2581 on 11/8. There I said "Here's one of the better remaining teams I've seen (not mine). Six weeks of 162 or over, never below 129.5, healthy except for Berrian, strong McNabb/Vick combo, LT & FWP, and outproducing everyone at PK and DT"I would have barely made it without LT.
Wow. I've read every post in this thread, but didn't make the connection with your post. Thanks, and I hope your right. Big advantage being a Bears homer (imagine that) this year. I felt very good that Berrian was going to break out at the end of last year. During the Carolina playoff game last year one of the announcers asked “When did Bernard Berrian become Jerry Rice?” I answered to the TV at the time “Oh, about 4 weeks ago.” (or something to that effect.) (NO I don’t think he’s Jerry Rice but the point was that he was emerging as a legit WR stud.) And after Gould being such a ho-hum kicker last year I was amazed, along with the Bears brass themselves I believe, how he had worked in the off season and was just booming the ball in camp. I still want to ask "Who are you and what did you do with the real Robbie Gould? That guy is a bona fide stud kicker, and has been....well....gold for me.So that team is yours.
I think there are several of us who have the Trio-of-Domination:didn't some guy in this thread say he owned LT2 and Manning.. how the heck can he afford that?

At the beginning of the contest, there were 25 entries with Manning, LT, and Reggie Wayne. Eight of those entries are still alive.I think there are several of us who have the Trio-of-Domination
Let me first state that the rules are clear and the posted results are final. It just kind of stinks that the NFL doesn't handle this stuff in a timely manner as it would have impacted the cut line and numerous scored. No, and why should we. He's the best. Am I expecting another 40? No, but he'll be solid if not great. Would I rather have Gore or Chester Taylor? Nope. So, LT owners, are you a little nervous going into this weekend?
me not being an LT owner makes me more nervous. why in the world would anyone be nervous having a point machine like LT? i know the obvious answer is Denvers defense, but hell, if i could change one thing about my team, i would takie LT in a heartbeat against any defense, and would feel pretty good about my chances.congrats to the owners ignoring the high price tag for LT and reaping the benifits now. makes me question my own strategy. good luck to all this weekend. So, LT owners, are you a little nervous going into this weekend?
