I'm drinking too much tequila and I've gone down an NPR Tiny Desk concerts rabbit hole.  

This just seemed like the right thread to admit this in.

Re Jason Isbell, in Mr. krista's uneventful music career, probably the biggest act he opened for was The Drive-By Truckers, and he says that Jason was a genuinely super-nice guy.  It's great to hear that.

I am a Bears fan married to a girl from Green Bay. It has been painful going back to WI the last several years with the Bears being as bad as they have been.

So having a guy in my starting lineup not be playing, of course he’s going to be a Packer! He probably would have picked up a bunch of points with them playing Buffalo.

Is that country western? Afraid I don't know that tune.

 
I have an RB to trade with Ingram back now. Him, Breida, Collins or Thompson. Make me an offer with a good WR. 

I'd also trade for a TE - I have counted 7.2 (Delanie Walker), 0, 1.2 and 2.8 in 4 weeks. Waiver wire is ugly.

I might be able to think of something fair to both of us. I had one that projection-wise, was lopsided for you, though we know about projections. Let me check this out.  

 
Huh. Maybe not. I have tight ends, but one has an MCL issue and the other has a bye in two weeks. I'll look again, but don't know. 

 
Tough to trade in this league as it’s pretty tough to get depth at any position- especially with bye weeks coming up.

Yeah, I keep wanting to ask NV, but I'm just not sure in the end how it benefits us. It's too early in the year to tell and guys haven't settled into their roles yet.

I have no real write-up, other than one song is just heavenly and sort of in line with Wilson's later teenage/secular prayer to God mantra, the other song a touch but not too personal. Just relatable. And based upon a movie I hope to never see in a haze again, based upon a book whose opening I find interminable, just like the vocabulary Joesph Conrad taught me in his opening pages. But if D4 made three-minute art out the concept, good for them! I love it.  

I'll be back before long. I surely won't be carrying two kickers long. We'll see how this all shakes out. If I need more Minnesota, there will be more D4, and I can't possibly restrain myself. Such an importantly unheralded punk rock band.
