Miami tried hard to trade him to dump his salary. No takers. He took a pay cut and stayed. He, Berrios, CraCraft and now Claypool provide quality depth. Ezukanma was in the mix, but a neck issue derailed his season and maybe career.

I agree but they do usually call it. I like that they're saying the defender was already committed so not a flag, but you could say that about 90% of the late hits they do call. I wish they stuck to that standard instead of just applying it every once in a while on a whim.
