I think it's easy to criticize the play now, after you know it didn't work. Had it worked I don't think anyone is questioning it, let alone calling it one of the worst ever.

even if they did score I'd still think it was stupid to risk it. If they hadZero timeouts then yes pass.. but when you have Lynch, a timeout and 30 seconds for the win you go with Lynch 100% of the time.
