Thats funny, I was in line in front of you. I got my food at about 11:45Update: Got to Franklin Barbecue at 11:40 this morning. 10-12 people in line. They were out of sausage (which apparently doesn't happen very often) but everything else was available. I was had the brisket plate plus a third pound of pulled pork in hand by noon.
The pulled pork was good but nothing special. Hopefully next time I'll be able to go with the original plan of sausage instead.
The brisket was amazing. Best I've ever had. The charred black outside part tasted like angels. <_<
 Is that you ordering?

I'm pretty sure the reason everyone thinks they have some of the best brisket in Texas is because they have some of the best brisket in Texas. I'd be surprised if that many people were wrong. Zero need to try to "convince" me of that.As far as the trailer goes, I think it actually helps them get hype and adds to the experience. Best BBQ in Texas is cool. Best BBQ in Texas and it's served out of a trailer with a gnome? Even cooler. Would you disagree?J
