I'll be on a rooftop for the 6/18 game!I didn't sell any of my season tickets for June cause I'm trying to make sure I'll see it if he does it at home. At his current pace, and assuming he doesn't miss any games between now and then, he'll get it in Chicago against the Cubs on that Friday or Saturday (around 6/17 or 6/18).![]()
The only person who's retiring after the 3000th hit is Righetti.I think he breaks 3000 on his birthday (6/26) and retires after the game. Retires with at least some dignity. Of course he won't after scamming the Yanks for another contract. GLWT

For my sake, I hope you don't get a chance at seeing history GB Limp Ditka! I got tickets to every home game between now and Thursday. :jetermancrush:I'll be on a rooftop for the 6/18 game!I didn't sell any of my season tickets for June cause I'm trying to make sure I'll see it if he does it at home. I just missed Rose breaking Ty Cobb's record in 1985. He was 4 short and went 0-4 in a game I went to at Wrigley. He broke it 3 games later in Cincy. If I were to guess, I'll probably just miss this milestone too.For my sake, I hope you don't get a chance at seeing history GB Limp Ditka! OMG my dad took me to a Cubs game when I was 14 and I remember it. The nerve of me.Find something of substance to attack me with. Your pathetic attempts are getting old.LOL- Jeter taking on the phantom injury to get his big hit at Yankee Stadium. I don't know if Jeter's "injury" is as fraudulent as Limpy's Cub love split personality coming to light every time an "event" happens at the dump on Clarke Street..
