The Curse of Oak Island (1 Viewer)

So I have this season’s episodes recorded and I was meaning to binge watch, is it safe to just delete them since it appears this has been a big waste as usual
There was a "history of..." episode that kind of recapped everything pertinent that happened prior to this season. I think that was just a couple of weeks ago. You could watch that, then the couple of episodes since that, and be good. The one where they found the cross was pretty intriguing in general, I thought.

A thread?  On "The Curse of Oak Island"? Could this be what zed2283 has been searching for since 2013?
or could it be that the knights templar hid this thread for zed2234235 to find with the help of the incas stay tune for more oak island take that to the bank brohans

So the only explanation for this week's episode is that they have the evidence that Oak Island is indeed tied to the Knights Templar and it made sense to rehash the entire history and connection before the big reveal.

Never saw that coming.

Filler episode because of the Olympics.  Doesn't make it suck any less.

Big reveal?  Highly doubtful.

I wondered the other day as they were talking about the guy's son that passed away... Even though they haven't said it, you know deep down they're wondering if he might be the 7th to die in search of the treasure.

Holy ####.  I just watched the vid for the Confederate gold. I thought it was a joke--but no, it's real.

Season finale tonight.  Double episode.  Looks like another season with minimal finds and yet we keep watching.

Season finale tonight.  I held a lot of hope for this season but have been disappointed for the most part.  Not holding a lot of hope for tonight, sadly.

Looks like Marty doesn't have much to do with this Civil War treasure.  They're just using him to pull in the Oak Island crowd.

Probably the worst episode of the season, other than the buildup of the "metal plate."  The gemstone was pretty cool, but like they said on the show, all they have are a bunch of as of yet unconnected random ####. :sadbanana:

So let me get this straight.  The historical records say there's a railroad track there.  Pictures 50 years old show there's a railroad track there.  But digging it up somehow proves something to Marty about a Confederate treasure?

Not to mention the track was there for 90 years but then mysteriously buried itself 8+ feet down in the last 50.

Yeah, I'll give Civil War Gold a few more episodes, but that 2nd one was a big old nothing. Time to bring the excavators to the beach.  :construction:
