No fine for Shazier, but his hit was clearly illegal (despite the NFL's interpretation of the rule stating it was NOT illegal).
No fine for Porter, who was clearly only on the field with the sole purpose of baiting Jones into a penalty (despite the fact that the video shows that he had no interaction with Jones until Jones made physical contact with the official while trying to get at Porter).
Brown is out, when he was clearly acting after the perfectly legal hit by Burfict (which, for some inexplicable reason, led to a 3-game suspension for him).
Is there anything I missed?

Don't really expect you to read through all this mess but here's my take.
The game was out of control. Joey Porter is huge trolling doosh who happens to be a coach. He was out on the field maybe worried about Antonio maybe to start ####, probably both. It's not his choice to go from super ####### antagonist to guy just worried about a guy on the team that he coaches - he shouldn't be out there. It was an unwritten thing not really enforced, allowing guys out there. It takes an incident like this to realize that this needs to be looked into. The league will address this moving forward making clear rules on who should be out there and how it's handled. Bengals are undisciplined and Porter got a reaction, Bengals fault. Only reason I got sucked into this was people acting like Porter had zero accountability and is just some swell fella.

It is shocking & complete BS.1) He had permission from the refs
2) He was clearly out there to check on Brown. Several stills show him hovering over/near him.
3) There was no clear audio/proof of him definitively saying anything to the Bengals.

Not exactly the gist of what he said.
He said that his first instinct seeing the play in real time was that no, he didn't think it was a catch. Honestly, I didn't either, but the key is that it was called a TD on the field.
But he said that no matter what, there wasn't indisputable evidence to overturn the call on the field. It's a judgment call about when exactly he pinned it to his leg and if the football shifting slightly under his hand but remaining pinned against his leg constitutes a loss of control (which it doesn't automatically, because a ball can move and still remain under control).
If they had called it no catch initially, the ruling would've stayed that way.

Exactly. Porter probably deserved the fine, which I said pages and pages ago, for engaging with the Bengals at all while out there. But none of it would've happened if Burfict hadn't cut him off.
All in all, a fine well worth it, because the Bengals will complain about it from the comfort of their own couches this week, and their fans are still without a playoff win for 25 years.
