I resemble that remark.Only two other jackasses? In this crowd?!
The hard part for me was separating the movies from the TV show.Only two other jackasses? In this crowd?!
Rerun was featured regularly back in the day on Soul Train.
It wouldn’t have occurred to me to pick Soul Train and I’m sure no one did but it was truly one of the great television shows of all time.
Curious if anyone ranked this or Hee Haw.
No to Hee Haw. Yup to Soul Train. #56 for me.

The musical ads and theme songs were some of the best parts. In addition to Log (it's better than bad, it's good) there was the theme to the Muddy Mudskipper Show and the ad for the board game "Don't Whiz On The Electric Fence"It's log! it's log! It's big, it's heavy, it's wood!
Hey kids! Start jumping up and down like idiots!
These are shows showing up on 2-3 people’s lists only at this point so it’s understandable you wouldn’t know some. There’s been a few I never heard of.This is fascinating. I don’t watch enough tv. I probably haven’t seen half or more of what’s posted so far. Top gear and Anthony Bourdain were must watch tv.

Mine was the other. I love the show and have seen every episode. I think I had it in the 30's because I love those ahead of it more.Shark Tank only being on 2 lists is the first real surprise to me. I don't know if I thought it would make the top 300 but assumed it would be on more lists than mine and one other.Shark Tank probably should have made my list since I’ve enjoyed it for a long time.260-251

None of the rest even got consideration from me.
criminal.Instead of the top 25, let's finish the honorable mentions with everyone's top ranked show that did not make the top 300. There will obviously be overlap with the previous top 5 list.
Tables arent posting properly so this may look a bit janky.

I knew I liked JML.
(I had it at #39)
The Young Ones also had great musical guests right in the middle of the action.
My Life is A Simulation part 2339, Madness - Our House was playing from today's theme playlist and I thought of
Madness - Our House (on the Young Ones).

I never liked Bottom oddly. Watched every episode though.First couple of picks I made just showed up.
Seeing the Young Ones pick, I should have selected Bottom in there somewhere
My #52 show.Happy, happy. Joy, joy!The way Ren said Stimpy made me laugh every time.Ren and stimpy would have been top 100 for me. WE’RE ONLY SELLING RUBBER NIPPLES!
Nothing on my list in this batch. Ren and Stimpy was funny at first but I thought it ran out of gas quickly. I saw the occasional episode of Monk because I love Tony Shaloub but it seemed like the show was more interested in letting Shaloub run wild with his quirky self than in developing any plots or storylines worth caring about. I saw plenty of Little House when growing up because my sister loved it, but it’s not my thing. Not seen anything else in this group.250-241

I agree with your take above that it got comically bad at the end. Once we started getting into werepanthers and fairies I stopped taking it too seriously. That said, it was one of the shows my wife and I watched together and looked forward to watching despite the decline. S1 hooked us with some of the ideas and characters, and I liked the murder mystery subplot. It was about S3 or S4 when it started spiraling. It was entertaining enough, had some laughs, and had some eye candy. (admittedly tilted more in my wife's favor on that last one...)They went to the stupid teeth coming out / snarl about 100 times too manyI had True Blood in the top 25 I believe.

The show was actually a pretty good escape for those of us among the ‘70s latchkey generation who had a less than ideal family life.Spent a lot of time laughing and a lot of time hiding my eyes due to tears from Little House on the Prairie. Charles and the gang did me good as a youngster.

pretty surprised that Fresh Prince didn't make the top 100. I definitely considered aging. I watched the saddest things in the winter when there were 4 channels. I think it's why I'm a general sports fan - any time I could watch any sporting event, it meant I wasn't watching Eight is Enough reruns. I loved some of those shows then, but I was 8 years old and stupid.Couple of surprises for me. Did any of you considered how a show aged in your rankings? While I liked Get Smart in the day, I couldn't imagine watching it now.260-251
