THIS IS THEIR BEST SONG! - Music Draft - Saturday Night's Alright for iFighting (2 Viewers)

How are they still on the board? Am I the only one that likes them?

Round 13:

Incident at Neshabur — Santana

I held off this long because I couldn’t decide on the song. Still can’t, really, but with new blood in the draft I figured I should strike now.
Holy crap, what a steal!! For some reason I had them as being picked or might have taken Black Magic Woman despite it not really fitting my mix

Also sniped me on MLB.

Ok, Binky said to skip him and Tasker is on skip for the rest of the week per his post last night, so I'll make my pick in a sec.

From Binky:

Lovin' Spoonful - Summer In The City

He had a write-up:

"I can't think of any other song that encapsulates summers as a kid as this song.  I still looooovvvve this song.  I thought John B. Sebastian was just about the coolest guy I could ever imagine ...except for the Beatles of course.  I wanted to grow some of those badass lambchop sideburn so bad."  :)

13.18 - Talk Talk - Life Is What You Make It (1986) Live @ Montreux

Mark Hollis was one of the better vocalists of his era.

Runner up, Living In Another World, LP version.
fantastic pick! I love/ed this band, especially the later less pop stuff from Spirit of Eden and Laughing Stock... even their later and more experimental incarnation as O.Rang. but even their earlier pop stuff was written so well- with a depth to it that made most of their work timeless- and depending on my mood, when I want more upbeat, those earlier albums and tunes are my go-to. I was just looking at their catalog for this- and their work is so uniformly good, it's hard for me to isolate tunes, more than records.

this is the band I thought I was taking last round before my Burma! moment with Dirty Projectors.

13- TV on the Radio- New Health Rock

I keep forgetting about these guys in drafts, and then when somebody invariably takes them I  . so this time I'm getting my chance. Bunch of tunes that work for me, DLZ, Million Miles, Wolf Like Me and especially their last one- Happy Idiot. TBH, I'm back and forth with Idiot and Health.

I feel dumb to ask, but what does "Burma! moment" mean?
