The wife of a manager at a job I was at a few years ago, was one of Tiger's flings when he was married like 7-8 years ago or whenever that was. It was before she was with the manager at all and they were married, and apparently she got 75K to keep her mouth shut. Makes you wonder how many women Tiger had to pay to keep their story under wraps. I saw the wife once; pretty banging bod, but she had that "too much makeup" look about her. And Jeremy, the manager in question, was always a Tiger fan when it came to discussing golf. Not making any of this up.

He's only 4 back from the lead. He lipped out one eagle putt today, and also lipped a 98 yard approach shot.
Most of the swings I saw looked like he was swinging easier, not trying to kill it. He looked more fluid and more comfortable than he's been in a while.
He's in it this weekend.

this has gone way past patheticHe's only 4 back from the lead. He lipped out one eagle putt today, and also lipped a 98 yard approach shot.
Most of the swings I saw looked like he was swinging easier, not trying to kill it. He looked more fluid and more comfortable than he's been in a while.
He's in it this weekend.

CBS sports website is pimping Tiger he's -7(on the 13th). Leader is -11.
Every one is tearing up this course. -7 has him tied(25th) with a whole slew
of guys that you couldn't pick out of a lineup(except Bubba).
75th is -1. 76th is even, and 77th is +1. -2 you made the cut.
The leaders haven't teed off yet along with a few behind Tiger so he might
finish there but I doubt it.

Really interesting video by Peter Kostis showing Tiger's swing side by side from the practice range to the tee. Everyone says he's the old Tiger in practice rounds and looks great on the range. Kostis showed frame by frame with a driver, and Tiger's swing is SO much faster on the course than on the range. He's getting to the top much faster, his head drops more, and he returns to the ball way faster. On the practice range he's still full loaded with the clubhead waist high while at the same time on the course he's made impact. No time to get through and he blocks. Thinks it's strictly tension and nerves. Just needs to slow down. Easier said than done.
That being said, even though easy conditions, he didn't play horrifically. Wasn't hacking. Maybe some light at the end of the tunnel. Amanda may have freed up his mind a bit...
