**TNF on Prime - Ravens 2-5 at Dolphins 2-6**(+7.5, 50.5) 8:15 (1 Viewer)

Man, Andrews might just turn my season around in that league. I just recently dealt for Chase, Goff, and Adams, so anything I get from MA is a bonus.

Damn I have Andrews on my bench for my #8 overall Primetime NFFC team. It was between Montgomery and Andrews at the flex I clearly choose wrong.

Wow, it’s not even Halloween yet but the Dolphins have a dead man standing on their sideline in McDaniels. :oldunsure:

That’s a terrible call - Gordon slipped.
Yeah, Gordon slipped, but that's a REALLY tough one for a ref, who just sees a guy going low into someone's knees. I feel like I've seen a lot of roughing the passers too, where guys just kinda slipped and ended at the QBs knees.

Looked like that coach was yelling at Gordon for doing that on the sideline and Gordon went off.

Does intent matter if the result is the same?

Honest question.
IMO Yes, because “incidental contact” has always been a thing in the NFL.

So with a personal foul, wouldn’t there have to be deliberate contact?
Yeah, that's what I'm not sure about. I know there is a, seldom used, exception in the rules if you are pushed and end up hitting the QB low. But, IDK if you can incidentally trip someone according to the league rules.

Flag city.

Refs making this game about themselves. These are the worst ref crews.

Don't know how much longer I'm gonna make it.

Pretty much a game changing call. Why can’t we have replay assist on such an obvious whiff by the ref there?
Yes, like a fast NY review. Refs are the one tripping.
Yeah, but wouldn't there have to be an exception in the league rules for "incidental tripping"? IDK if there is or not.

Otherwise, the result is the only point of merit and, Gordon did end up tripping, intentionally or not.

So in the box score they took away Seiler’s assisted tackle, created a 2nd Jaelen Phillips, and awarded each of the Jaelen Phillipses an ATK.
