It also doesnt read well for Waxman's staff. Thats some shoddy legal work there. 4 or 5 of those have almost no chance of being anything, but a couple might pose some problems for Clemens. Thing is though, perjury requires a pretty high level of culpability, just think back to Reagna's repeated I cant recalls.

It doesn't have to...if the Feds can prove their case, then Nostrilitis Waxman could have written it in crayon on wax paper in Pig Latin for all the good it does. I'm sure that would make Clemens feel better while sitting in jail...
