Well, my SIL and her husband of 5 years are calling it quits. He's moved out(for good reason) leaving SIL alone with her 3 kids, ranging in age from 12 to 6. Since she has no job, and his income is now gone. They are being forced out of their leased home.

Wife asks me last night if they can live with us for a little while(what am I going to do, kick them out on the street)

We've only got one extra bedroom now(currently my man cave). Our girls are still sleeping in our room, so we could move a bed into their nursery. We also have an unfinished basement that can be used as a spare bedroom......and plenty of couch space.

Her kids are great, but I've kind of had a problem with the SIL for awhile now.

She drinks too much.

She's not motivated to get a job(used to make pretty good money as an insurance underwriter)

She only thinks about herself....very selfish

Used her husband as a babysitter so she could go out at night

Her husband is a good guy, who took on more responsibility than he could handle.

She smokes

Again, has a major alcohol problem(so much so, I've listed it twice)

I was just getting used to having my 3 girls(wife and twin girls), now my life is about to get much more complicated.

What is a FBG to do?

Maybe she can get some $$$$ by going on Springer.She seems right up his alley.

Sorry guys, not a whole lot to update.They have yet to move in, although the BIL has been staying with us the past several days(he's moving to FLA at the end of the month)

I guess she's going to stay where she is until they evict her.

:confused: How the hell did that happen?! The SIL must not be too thrilled with that, maybe that's your ticket out of having her stay?

He didn't have anywhere to stay, so we took him in.......he really is a good guy, and doesn't deserve what's happened to him.He's got less than a week at work, then will be moving at the end of the month.I'm guessing the SIL will get evicted soon, and will come knocking soon after.I truly can't stand the sight of her.
 
I have a really bad feeling for you Wrigley...I can't imagine this all going smoothly. Remember your kids are priority #1.

Its like Wrigley's Bed and Breakfast. ;) Good on you Wrigley, you're a good man. :thumbup: Now if she does move in you can compare everything she does with him when he stayed and let her know he was a much better roommate. She'll either keep straight or get the hell out faster cause she's annoyed with the comparisons. Sounds good anyway. :shrug:

So I can't believe I'm the one to ask, but I am assuming your wife is also really hot, right? If so, :thumbup:

Good luck with bat#### crazy SIL. The one thing I have learned over the years, pretty women who become entitled and lazy have a hard time reforming and continue to feel entitled even after they get fat and unattractive from the laziness and booze.

She's all moved in, but has yet to spend a full night.

She has pawned her kids of to their grandmother(biological fathers) the past 3 nights, while she's gone out.

As of right now, the kids are being dropped off at their old bus stop allowing them to continue going to the same school(I'm not in the same school district). When they arrived at school yesterday they were informed that they had not yet been registered. How humiliating!!!!! Their mother told them that she had now taken care of it. It's sad that they can can just sluff this kind of thing off as a regular occurrence.

She really needs to find a job, she was was an underwriter for a large insurance company before she started down this path

The not so funny thing is, she's sitting on my couch right now watching my 9 month old twins. :scared:

Maybe the camera thing isn't such a bad idea.

Not sure hot single chicks worry about this much, even older ones.What's her drink? She looks like the Dirty Martini type. As far as the thread, any chance of throwing us some meat off that bone? The pic is definitely food for the masses, but a little more on the trainwreck that landed on your door would be excellent. If math serves, you now have a total of 3 adults and 5 children living in your apartment because of this saga, yet nary a word on how it came to be. It's a great thread anyway, it just has so much potential. Appreciating of course that you obviously aren't wanting to bag too hard on the SIL. Anyway GL & peace.P.S. I have a 13 month old. Enjoy the extra hands the SIL provides with the kiddos. Twins, wow can't even imagine.
 
Wrigley you seem like a good guy so i hope i am wrong but, this is going to end up in a disaster.... Bookmark because i think this will end up being a long thread. Frequent updates would be appreciated.
