interesting stat. New England has a point differential of 138. That's more points scored than all but FIVE teams. Now, that's just plain ridiculous.
But on the perfect record, I personally dont think its in the cards. Three games worry me. The first is @ Indy. Its coming one week before the Pats' bye, and following what may be a physically tough game at home against Washington. If they dont have Watson or Morris back, it will hurt. Need to be firing on all cylinders to win that one. The 2nd is at home against the Steelers. If they were coming off a normal game week, I wouldnt sweat that one so much. But they'll be coming off a Monday night game @ Baltimore, which I expect they'll probably win. So, short rest getting ready for the Steelers will be tough. Thats a good team. Lastly, week 17 on the road against the Giants. This is a team that can put up alot of points. Depending on NE's playoff bye situation and/or record, they could be resting alot of guys that week. The Giants will very likely be in a dogfight of some kind to secure a home game. Of course, Brady has never lost in NJ, so atleast history is on their side. But that sets up to be a tough one as well. They'll all be tough. Some a little more than others. But bottom line, dont see perfection happening.
