Have you read any of the reviews? Good lord... :lmao: :nerd:
If the reviews are too much for you, then I'd say you really aren't a huge beer fan.
Define what a "huge beer fan" is
you're a huge beer fan if you'd give your left nut for some dark lord, travel 100's or even 1000's of miles for beer or beer festivals, go to a brewery every few days to see how close they are to releasing their next big thing...things like that.

Is people putting their appreciation for beer into words that over the top? There are a lot of beers to be discovered out there. Defining the subtleties of each style and vintage barely scratches the surface.

no arguments allowed about who loves beer more. That is not the point of this thread.

I am drinking PBR light tonight. Suck it if you think that doesnt make me a huge fan.

Prankster.
Shouldn't that be "Pranqster?"Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA here. Took my two month old son out on a trip without my wife for the first time this afternoon. We picked up some sporting goods, then went on a beer run. It was a good day to be a dude.

Got into some Cuervo Reserva de la Familia tonight, tequila muy bueno; but for the third time in about six months I chose an old yeasty standby, Negra Modelo, as the cervasa partner, and it was... just wrong. I wonder if any other NM fans have noticed the change in product. It's a shame really. My nephew thought I was crazy for liking this watery dark beer. What can I say? It used to be very rich and yeasty, like warm bread, with a thick tan head over a walnut brown sweetness. Oh well, I give up. They changed it and it sucks.

Delerium Tremens
Next to Chimay this is my favorite. Great stuff. I'm drinking one of each of the Sam Adams Summer collection. Just ####### real solid beer for the price. The black witbeer is phenomenal.
What color label Chimay do you drink? I never know what one to get. There is a bar in the Tampa area, Ybor City that has Delerium Tremens on tap. That was the first I ever tried it... I would have to say it ranks up there at the top of my list too.

I've only ever had it on tap at vegas restaurant and didn't realize there were different types.

Red = belgian dubbel, nice and fruity, amber in colorWhite = belgian trippel, spicy and dry, lighter in colorBlue = deeper in color, more fruity and spicy, the best of the Chimay ales.
