When eating the goodness known as brownies, do you prefer a middle piece or an edge piece?

my choice is not listed ...

we slightly undercook our brownies to ensure they are dense and gooey - cakey brownies go straight to garbage jail, and we certainly don't want a "crunch" to our brownies

BUT when you do that - the edges are not crunchy, they are super chewy.


so the way to go in the Binky household is - super chewy edges (not crunchy)

I think the better question is warm or cold.

Cold/chewy brownie every time. If I'm doing warm, I'll take the edge.

Exactly this. The edge is risky if not done just right and becomes too dry/hard/inedible. So I voted middle
