With 32 NFL teams, and only one winning it all each year, there must be one team out there that won't win a championship until at least the year 2040. Whether due to ownership, the city, possible future contraction, curse... whatever, which team's fans are in for a long, long streak of futility?

Please post your write-in votes as well if selecting "Other".

The Houston Texans, who will then be known as the Mexico City Maulers. They will never sniff the division title, as all-time, all everything record holder Peyton Manning will still be throwing touchdown passes at an alarming rate. His top receiver, Marvin Harrison III, will be putting up numbers comparible to his record setting grandfather who retired in 2018 as by far the all time leader in every receiving statistic.

It is pointless to speculate. Who would have thought during the early 90s that the Pats, Colts, Bucs, and a team that didn't exist yet (the Ravens) would combine for 6 titles in the 2000s.

*ahem* ....I accurately predicted all of those things back on ole' yeller. I know the answer to this poll question, too.

It was around in 1991? When these were the records of the teams I mentioned?Colts = 1-15Bucs = 3-13Pats = 6-10Browns (future Ravens) 6-10.Yeah. Right.

If you say the Bills you're going to end up sleeping in that refrigerator you love so much. :hifive:

BTW, Jan/Feb 2040 will be Super Bowl LXXIV (74), so technically you'll have 33 more Super Bowl winning teams.

Well you need to look at the most pervasively disfunctional system if we're gong for long-term suckyness.

If I had to guess right now - that would be the 'Skins. Probably not though because at least Snyder is willing to spend $ and every blind cow finds a cob once in awhile.
