World Champion Steeler fans (1 Viewer)

Going to be real tough to beat the Colts in the dome but you gotta have faith.

:towelwave:
Sing to Notre Dame's fight song:We hail the old black and gold

Our heads are hard and our hearts are gold

Send the defense blitzing in

If Manning gets up, knock him down again

Fight, fight, whatever it takes

Steel sometime bends but it never breaks

We hate Indy and their fans

Beat them on the field and their fans in the stands

:D

The dome will be louder than any other time this year.
And if it's not, I'm sure they'll just turn up the speakers. How lame.
I agree. They do that in MN also. I've been to a few Vikings games since I moved to MN, and one time I saw a 10 year old kid crying because of the noise. Worst sound system in the league. The speakers crack and pop, and sometimes you can't even hear what the PA is saying because of the noise distortion.

Patriots fan checking in here - GO STEELERS! If there is another team and coach I respect in the league, it's the Stillers and Cowher. Blue collar, tough, aggressive, what football teams should be. If the Patriots lose, I'm pulling for the 6th seed to go the distance.

GG
See you in Foxborough.

It'd be great to see Ben redeem himself after last year's playoffs. He improved so much from last year. Looks like he's still missing the last 10 yards from his deep ball though.

No matter how you cut it, it's illegal and it's lame. Let the fans be as loud as they want, don't sell tickets to Steelers fans, but don't cheat.

You're going to need more than terrible towels to top this Colts team! The dome will be louder than any other time this year. The Stillers proved they couldn't handle the noise and it will only be worse.

Now, tell me they've been working on their hand signals and yada yada yada...

We'll send them out looking more dazed and confused than the Moday night game!

Colts 27

Stillers 20 with a garbage TD from Randle El to Rothlisbugger to Bettis to Miller flea flicker.
A garbage TD is like being a little pregnant. You either are or you aren't...it's all or nothing. Here is the ball. We want to put it across your goal line. Stop us because we will do what we have to do to get it over the line(Unlike Joey Porter, I (and our Steeler offense too) am OK with using finesse, trickery, smash mouth, whatever to get it there). If that is garbage, well I'll take it everytime I can get it because 6 points is 6 points. Too bad Joey Porter doesn't know that, but that is another thread. Joey was just being Joey. :towelwave:

I said this in the other post titled will both AFC divisonal playoff games be blowouts:

Yes, Brady is Brady the "QB God". He is the best out there right now because he's done it and been pretty much perfect in getting it done. But let me be one of the first to forbode that Ben Roethlisberger will take a major step up this playoff season in the rankings as "one of the best." He was flawless v. the Bengals and his winning percentage as the Steelers QB is well above .500. The Steelers offense is now his offense. His teammates believe in him and they will follow his lead.

Move over Brady, here comes Big Ben.

:towelwave:

Steelers 30 - Colts 28

:towelwave:

And like I said, I'll gladly take that garbage TD referenced above.

:towelwave:

I love the Colts wannabee fans tryin' rain on the Black & Gold parade!

Lemme clue you clowns in:

YOU CAN'T!

Steelers have the best fans. period. Good times, bad times, we're still there for the Men of Steel.

Win by 3, by 7, by 1. Garbage TDs, just barely FGs, don't matter. A win is win and we will celebrate it!

HERE WE GO, STEELERS, HERE WE GO!

Celebrate it like you did earlier this year on Monday night?I welcome the idea of playing the Stillers. Your team is way too predictable. And we all know you can't play from behind against a real QB. So, unless you get an early double digit lead....it's going to be a long day!

By the way, those great dedicated fans were leaving the dome at the start of the 4th quarter during the monday night game. But, I know you know that since you were there, right?

Last time I checked:(1) you don't come back from behind by playing against a QB, real or fictitious. You come back playing against a Defense--in this case, one which is going to have Bus treads all over it. Besides, I hear that the Colts are going to use that QB who played against San Diego. what was his name again?

(2) ahead by single digits doesn't equal playing from behind.

(3) All those dedicated fans leaving the Dome in the 4th quarter were only in there because the dedicated Colts fans didn't even bother showing up and let the Steeler fans buy tickets. You tell me which is preferable.

The new season started a week ago. Previous games mean nothing. We'll let the Colts celebrate that Monday night victory and the Steelers will celebrate on Indy's home turf today. I just have this feeling that the Steelers are gonna win in an upset and Big Ben's legacy will grow. :towelwave:

At least THIS weekend. ;)
You're damn right.Pittsburgh/Denver in the mountain air!!

:towelwave: :towelwave:

I have a yellow shirt at home, am I allowed to wave that? :)
OK. Enough of this foolishness now. The towel worked well today, and my sincerest thanks for letting me wave it. But it is SO 3 hours ago. Time for the true colors to show again, and they ain't yellow. :football:

:towelwave: :towelwave: :towelwave: :towelwave: First we take out Surferboy, this week Inbred, next week Whitetrash!!!!Big Ben started his trip to Canton today!!!2 MORE GAMES BABY!!!!

Exactly.Go Broncos.

But I have to say, there's no AFC team I'd rather be playing than the Steelers. Their fans are the definition of class. Come out in droves, win or lose, the passion of the city is immense, and they don't disappear when times are tough.

I'll be rooting for Denver with every fiber in my body, but if Denver loses, I'll begrudgingly take a towel for the Super Bowl.

Hey Keys Myaths! ;) :towelwave:

I was really worried about today's game but the Steelers came out in a big way today. Great gameplan, great execution, and Ben was HUGE today. :towelwave:

:towelwave: Alot of players stepped up today. How about Bryant McFadden, a rookie, playing man-to-man on Reggie Wayne on the pass into the endzone in the final minute.Roethlisberger took another step today, Steelers fans knew it already but he is the real deal.

McFadden is a good looking young CB.Kimo, Smith, and Hampton were awesome too.

The secondary did an excellent job staying with Harrison and Wayne.

And Joey Porter made some big plays in a big game.... finally.

On offense, it was Ben's show. He played like a champion today.

Congrat Stillers! You deserved that game and nothing could take it away from you even if the refs tried!I will be rooting for you this weekend!I hope the :11: gets himself a ring! :towelwave:
