I made a new year's resolution to lose weight and get in better shape. I have been doing the Atkins Diet including no caffeine. I am drinking at least 64 ounces of water daily. I have worked out for 24 days in January, mostly treadmill.

First, congrats! That's awesome - 18 frigin pounds in a hair under a month is insane.I am inspired by this as I just got a treadmill - actually being delivered today. Really looking forward to getting back in shape. Been doing weights, but the lack of cardio has started to show.
(As for the no caffeine thing - don't think I could handle that. Not a several cups a day kind of person, but I definitely need 1-2 in the morning.)
