seriously. it usually takes me until friday, to shake the loss off and get ready for the game.Sure the players only had 5 days to turn around from their 3rd loss in a row to this game in Dallas ... but us fans only had 5 days too.... what about us?!
Related to the game; John Simpson is questionable, and Kwiatkoski and Nixon have been ruled out.
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and we should all be thankful that we won’t have to watch Lamb and Cooper play catch with Dez. We don’t need a double helping of Grudens asinine personnel decisions. Hopefully the team can back on track this offseason and we will have a competitive team in three years.and in true raider form, lamb will return from his concussion and go for 100+ and 2 tds
The team makes me depressed. They are a joke. The poor decisions over the last twenty years are unbelievable.Im not sure who`s more depressing , the team or the fans lol
I see them winning tomorrow in a hard fought gut check game
it doesnt cost anything to be positiveIm not sure who`s more depressing , the team or the fans lol

That was good to see. Win or lose the Raiders played hard.Ferrell's tackle on special teams in the first half was darn impressive. Big guy moving that fast has to be terrifying for the returner.
I really appreciate how hard he efforted on that play. He'll likely never be a big time player but that doesn't mean he can't have a strong second act.
Seemed so random. The officiating is getting worse in the NFL.the head bob offsides was so terrible
Not random. It’s the Raiders…Seemed so random. The officiating is getting worse in the NFL.
Anyone else think Carr looks like Lyle Alzado's kid?it doesnt cost anything to be positive
And the Raiders lookin good![]()
When I watched that play happen a family member who's a Cowboy fan said, "Who's that guy?" I just shook my head and said, "That's our #4 overall pick making a name for himself on special teams. "Ferrell's tackle on special teams in the first half was darn impressive. Big guy moving that fast has to be terrifying for the returner.

This X 1000DJax was key in the success of the O yesterday
I don't think the PIs count as targets. You guys are right Desean made a huge difference. Carr played great yesterday and when he is aggressive throwing the ball down the field this is a different team. This X 1000
Statline shows 4 targets for 3-103-1 but I think that is off by one target, because, IIRC, he drew two huge DPI calls. One for 30+ & one for 17. So he really accounted for about 150 yards on 5 targets.
He's no Ruggs but I like that Carr went long early & often to demonstrate that Jackson still needs to be accounted for.
That would have been a huge play, at least 50 yards and possibly a 75 yard TD.The offensive line did a nice job keeping the pass rush off Carr and it was nice to see the commitment to the running game, and Jacobs in particular. But there really wasn't a ton of room for Jacobs to operate. I like how the young guys in the middle of the o-line are playing but I think it shows how much they miss a guy like Incognito and even Good.
How great would Jacobs day have looked if he hadn't dropped that pass over the middle?
now that you mention it lolChaka said:Anyone else think Carr looks like Lyle Alzado's kid?
didn't get to watch the game. what a surprising win!Just when I thought I was out...ICON211 said:What a win. They've sucked us back in again.
and they didnt embarrass themselves or the fan base .Most watched regular season game since the 90’s
I usually get "You must be a true fan if you're admitting it."and they didnt embarrass themselves or the fan base .
Its nice hearing ''hey your Raiders looked good '' instead of ''your team sucks dude ''![]()
If any defensive coordinator knows Carr, its Del Rio. This is going to be a very interesting game.Raiders got a mini bye week after their Turkey Day win over the Cowboys in Dallas. And will now welcome the WFT in week 13. The WFT is coming off their 3rd win in a row over a confused Seahawks team on MNF. Really hoping the Raiders show up for this one. Tied for the the 2nd spot in the AFC West, 1 game back of KC, and very much in wild card contention in the AFC. Every game counts now. The rest of the season looks like a gauntlet; WFT, @KC, @CLE, DEN, @IND, LAC. WFT is the only team currently under the .500 mark.
I'm really looking forward to seeing Mullen return to the line up, Coach B commented yesterday that they will not rush him back, and he won't be activated unless he is back to at least 90%.
Raiders will need to find a way to calm the WFT rush, and hopefully Olsen has found a new play calling groove to stay in...
Agreed. People will say what they want about all the PI's last week vs Dallas, but credit should be given to Carr and Olson for being smart enough to know how the refs were calling the game. Del Rio is going to come after Carr so the Oline is going to have to have one of their best games of the season.Need to be aggressive early and throw the ball down the field and get big plays through completions or PIs. Washington secondary is very beatable.
Among the DC's that I am least worried about it is Del Rio.If any defensive coordinator knows Carr, its Del Rio. This is going to be a very interesting game.
Chaka said:Personally I think that Carr & Olson have decided that in third and long situations if nothing is open just chuck it up there and let God sort it out.
I'm okay with that.
Billy Joe Tolliver. No! Billy Joe Hobert.Question- Who has the most passing yards in the league right now?
Carr is not the problem. Just think what he would do with a real WR corp.Question- Who has the most passing yards in the league right now?

I'm with you - give the receivers a chance.. I'm tired of seeing Carr throwing checkdown passes 3 yards behind the LOS, on every 3rd and long..
