They reviewed the foul. It was an easy call to review. And they got the review wrong. That’s hard to do.

Jimmy Butler played well for maybe 7 minutes tonight. His stat line will end up looking decent but inefficient–but he was basically a negative asset for the first 3 quarters of an elimination game. Admirable and respectable season by the Heat, but they weren’t going to beat Denver unless Jimmy gave them more. Congrats to the Nuggets and to their fans. Well deserved championship. They played like a team throughout the season and the playoffs.

Kinda reminds me of my way low level high school days being nervous as **** for just regular season games when it came to a 1 or 2 possession game in the last seconds. Can't imagine the nerves in the NBA championship.

Yep, the Nuggets didn't play smart early in the game, and looked a bit shaky at times, but their defense never wavered.

It was the unlikeliest of runs in Heat playoff history.

I will take it. It was a wild fun ride and we finally starting shooting like we did all regular season…..and ran into the best team in the NBA this season.

We did have a golden opportunity to extend the series…but shooting 34% ain’t gonna get it done. If we get 48 minutes of Jimmy we win easily tonight…..but we didn’t.

Again hats off to the Nuggets. They had the much better team and arguably the best player on the planet now.
