2024-25 NBA Thread: Big weekend for Halliburtons (208 Viewers)

Totally objective opinion is the Steal of the Draft will obviously be Carlton Carrington. Congrats to whoever is a fan of the team that selects Bub.

We were desperate for a PG. It was the reason to move up. Knecht would have been interesting but this fills a huge hole.

Sarr, Coulibaby, Kuzma, Carrington, Bagley, and Vukcevik once he comes to US. Now need to move Jordan Poole for a 2041 2nd rounder and we are down to the bare bones of a rebuild.

Man that's a nice snag for the Kings.
Meh. The last thing they needed was another miniature sized two guard.
Found his shot last year, great defender, brought down almost 9 boards/g.
They’ve got versions of that player in Ellis and Mitchell. I’m not the biggest Kevin Huerter fan but he may not get any minutes now, which is a waste. The Kings were the smallest decent team last year and this certainly doesn’t help.

I agree. This seems like the dumbest pick they could make. They have their starter at PG and two solid backups already. For the love of God could we get someone with some size (F or C).
