No it is not their broadcast. They only supply announcers. This is an international tournament shown all over the world. CONMEBOL is responsible for the international feed, similar to UEFA for Euro's and FIFA for the World Cup.

This ref is terrible. I guess this is what we get for complaining about the Panama ref. So far, he's missed 4 fouls that Uruguay committed AND gave Adams a yellow when the Uruguayan player studded him in the ankle. Add that to zero yellows despite constant fouling by Uruguay and this is gonna get ugly.
