I was really glad he has been hurting in camp. Really hurt his draft stock with the masses IMO which was great for us all. We just had our rookie/FA draft (16 team) this weekend and he fell to 3.07. I think his running style is a perfect fit for a stretch based offense that Manning likes to run. Hillman looked decisive and took what was there. Ran with good burst and was not afraid to pur his head down when needed. You can see there from those limited touches what a weapon he can be. The thing I came away the most impressed with what his pass blocking. He was very solid in his blitz pickups. Generally that is what keeps most rookie RB's off the field, but he looked really good. With a QB with the neck concerns like manning having your young guys understand the blitz pickups is huge.
