a source told me years ago that Mark Cuban is someone to be wary around

not totally surprising, i guess. but he has.. uhh.. made some women uncomfortable.

Everybody assumes he's evil if you follow soccer at all but would be a big name globally.  The interesting angle to this story would be the International aspect - I'm curious if an allegation like this one would move the needle outside the US where something like an ### grab may not be as frowned upon.

I get the feeling that 1/2 the people on these boards don't think an ### grab is a big deal.

It's frustrating, but you have to keep in mind how extraordinarily stupid most of this country is, especially in the south.

I must disagree, at risk of thread hijack. A lot of southerners are quite intelligent, and are at least willing to hear an opposing view, if only to call them stupid. Many people in other regions of the country won't even hear a disagreeing view. Granted, Trump is bad at his job, and he conned a lot of people, but it's not the south's fault.

I will say every time on shark tank some single young blonde is pitching a deal he is pretty much a lock to throw out an offer.

I met a guy from Dallas who runs in Mark's circle and said they don't appreciate how MC treats his wife--i.e. bringing 3 models on to his jet etc.  Too overt for his liking.  Nothing about him being creepy though.

He seems like a cool guy on Shark Tank.  It seems like he takes a flyer on a lot of minorities and those that try to help the poor. 

Now for the life of me I don't know why he would ever get married. Actually I don't know why anyone ever thinks marriage is a good idea.  "You know, I have too much money and freedom. I need to change that."

I am sure Franken will apologize.  But this looks more like a cry for attention, than a real problem with Franken - the picture does not show him actually "groping" her.

Having said, that, its not appropriate to grope sleeping women (or men).

That's not the behavior of a sexual predator, unless there is evidence of his intent to take it further. That's the behavior of a comic making a bad joke. She's still a victim, and she could probably sue in civil court for damages. But she's not a victim of a sexual predator. It's not a criminal case.

I agree. However, the flood gates are now open. I don't think it matters anymore. Guy hits on you you're not interested in? Harassment. Bad joke? Harassment. We're down the rabbit hole on this, and to the point where allegations are now reported as facts.

She also described Franken as forcibly sticking his tongue down her throat.  That's more predator-ish than the picture.
