In Texas, you don't put it on your plate, you put it on your windshield. At least they did when I was there. And it was as big as your inspection sticker. When you got new ones, you were supposed to peel the old one off and replace it, but I'd see cars that had stickers all the way up their driver's side probably blocking the view of driving. Never really made me mad, but I never understood what the hell people were doing.

More likely than not they've had their fingers up their crusty nose recently as well. Couldn't care less if the person behind me doesn't like it. Those wipes are there for a reason. The people annoyed by the use of these wipes likely necessitate and justify them.

The real action here that needs to be retired immediately is not washing your hands after using a public restroom.
