[Chili Cheese Burrito]

I was not paying attention with an add/drop and realized that I dropped the wrong Steve Smith from my $100 league at rtsports.com I e-mailed them my problem and asked if it could be reversed before tomorrows game. I am pretty sure that I am SOL on this deal. I have not received a reply email from them yet. Has anybody had this happen to them before and what was the outcome? Thanks for the help.

E-mail the league and tell them about the problem. Make sure everything is documented as soon as possible. I have no idea how it gets resolved, but noting it as soon as possible at least speaks to your intentions and eagerness to fix an issue instantly. Not sure you can do anything else. Good luck.

I agree about emailing everyone ASAP to let them know what happened. Basically, it's your mistake unfortunately and your loss, and I don't think you have any "right" to get Smith back, but if it's a friendly league and everyone in the league agrees unanimously to let you off the hook, that's fine. But if any one person disagrees, you're out of luck. For whatever it's worth, if you emailed everyone right away to let them know you accidentally clicked on the wrong Smith, that combined with the fact that it's not realistic to expect someone to just drop Carolina's Steve Smith on purpose, I would agree to let you off the hook and get Smith back if you were in my league, but that's just me.
