Anyone interested in discussing picks for NFL Survivor pools? (1 Viewer)

half my league was killed by using jaguars and baltimore
going kc @ jets this week

looking at dolphins vs giants next week and then bills vs giants after that
I burned KC against the Bears. Dallas losing also thinned the herd also.

I may go niners this week. They won't take the Cardinals lightly.

Stay away from division games. Look what HOU just did to JAX
Yeah I know. But there are some slim pickin's this week for what I would consider low risk picks.

Joined a Survivor Pool with 2,500 folks; 944 left alive. I had two entries, only one remains. I've used: Washington, Dallas and Seattle.

Hate to use them THIS early but I just want to survive. Thinking either SFO or KC just to make it through although PHI should dispose of Washington with ease too.

Dark horse team? Chargers, even though I trust Coach Staley like I do a fart in flu season.

I’ve got 2 entires in one league and 3 in another

One going cowboys and 49ers

Other cowboys, 49ers and Jags (holds nose). I already used the first 2 for that entry so no great choices but trying to avoid road teams and division games. I normally avoid London games too
Oh well

So far I've gone Balt, Philly, KC

Niners are by far the pick I should take.

Vikings would be my shaky pick, their O is good and the Panthers are not good.

I’ve used Jax, Cowboys, and 49’ers. Going with Eagles this week.

My pool is just a side thing with my league and only 4 are left, so no sense holding back. Probably be over in a couple weeks or o can be eliminated and not have to worry about remembering to put a pick in each week…

As of this moment I'm thinking:

Washington at home against the Bears
Miami at home against the Giants

I think the Chargers have enough firepower to win that game against Philly.

1. Commanders
2. Cowboys
3. Probably Chiefs

4. Want to use the Niners but I don’t want the division game. But that also applies to the Eagles and I like their game even less so I guess I’ll have to go with San Fran.

1. Commanders
2. Cowboys
3. Chiefs
4. Niners

I’m going with Detroit at home against the Panthers. I have the Bills, still, but this week it’s in England vs. the Jags and I don’t want any part of that. Dolphins seem like a good choice, too, but they also have the Panthers at home the following week.

Was thinking those same 2. But decided to save MIA for next week against CAR. Doing Det this week vs CAR.

Yeah. I still have Detroit available also. May go that route.

As a long time Lion fan I'm always hesitant to say they are a lock to win any game, especially to a team that gave them their worst loss last year. But this week they should take care of business, at least I hope.

Commanders, Eagles, Seahawks, Cowboys

Lions this week. Going to be tons of people on them (as is plain in this thread) but the Panthers are just so bad.

Commanders, Eagles, Seahawks, Cowboys, Lions

Was planning Miami originally but I'll be able to use them again. Don't usually like to play division games but rolling with KC. Not another spot for them this year I will like better.

Completely forgot to put my pick in Sunday morning. Was going to pick Miami.

Got lucky I still had the Eagles available. So I think I will go with Miami this week.

I've used SF, Miami, Dallas, Jacksonville and Washington and have one strike. Also looking hard at Buffalo over NYG.

Lot of divisional games and tossups.

I've gone baltimore, philly, kc, SF, Det

Miami at home against Carolina should be my pick, that allows me to take Buffalo next week against the Pats in a week where it looks tough to find a team.
