These guys have the key position, bringing victory in many games, and are the heroes of Superbowl wins.

But no blacks.

Has the NFL addressed this by requiring that minority candidates be interviewed for every kicking job?

The cool thing about being a black kicker/punter is that if you can make it to the NFL you are guaranteed to be namechecked by rappers, a la Reggie Roby.

This is ridiculous. If a guy was purple and he could kick 55 yard field goals on a consistent basis, he'd be in the league.

Skin color has nothing to do with performance.
