**Bears at Lions** Thanksgiving 12:30 (-9.5, 47.5) (1 Viewer)

Yards: Lions 279, Bears 53
Time of Possession: Lions 22:54, Bears 7:06
Red zone trips: Lions 4 - Bears 0
Still technically a two score game, though.

I could have used another Bates FG there for my #1 overall RTS team (Or a Montgomery TD would be nice) I have both going in this one.

Why didn’t he just run out of bounds?

Looks like he tried to make a move, maybe pivot and spin around the defender, but instead he just got he knees crushed. Lucky they're on the forgiving turf, if those cleats were dug in that could have been awful
I’ve heard it’s the opposite. Players say natural surfaces give while turf grabs/causes injury.

Detroit has that surface with the little pebbles, I think this is the one that is preferred

Yes, of the turf types, that’s the best.

But outdoors/grass is the least likely to cause injury.
