Not sure about that. This is an extension. Don't know how the yearly amounts break down yet.
Ya I guess I overstated... Basically they won't let Starks sign the tender though because it will put them over. If he signs another deal that is reasonable or if he chooses a deal reasonable with the Steelers he could be back.
