I agree with rolling out Powell regardless. Just do not think Ivory will play much even if he suits up. As mentioned it would seem like a Powell game IMO

good point....I have Woodhead or Crabtree sitting on my bench and think i'll go with Woodhead instead of IvoryGoing Powell. If they're up, I'm worried Ivory aggravates something and they don't use him to grind it out. If they're down, they'll be throwing anyway which means Powell.
Honestly, as an Ivory owner, I'd rather go one more week without him, let him rest through the bye, then come back healthy than have them rush him back and re-aggravate it and be dealing with it all season.Wouldn't shock me if they rest him one more week, flying to London, bye the next week.
Back off the panic button Ivory owners.

Agree, trying to package John Brown and Ivory for L.Miller. Hoping Miller has another low scoring result this week.Start him this week, he'll be fine and likely put up some nice numbers vs. a reeling MIA defense. Assuming he puts up said nice numbers, sell him almost immediately after.
I don't know about Miller since MIA is a #### show and I have zero confidence in Lazor/Philbin utilizing Miller appropriately. I'd rather take a risk and hold Ivory over Miller straight up personally. I'd aim a bit higher.Agree, trying to package John Brown and Ivory for L.Miller. Agree. I like Ivory's talent and opportunity more than Miller. Health is his only concern and he was just updated to full participant in practice today.I don't know about Miller since MIA is a #### show and I have zero confidence in Lazor/Philbin utilizing Miller appropriately. Looking closer, I think Dion Lewis may be a better choice for my trade offer.Chaka said:Agree. I like Ivory's talent and opportunity more than Miller. Who knows who is going to get the carries in Miami right now.
In PPR I'd feel a lot more comfortable targeting Lewis in that trade.Looking closer, I think Dion Lewis may be a better choice for my trade offer.Chaka said:Agree. Of course that's the smart move, but no one is going to trade you Dion Lewis for Chris Ivory.I'm thinking the smart move will be to trade him for someone like dion Lewis and keeping bilal Powell. If the injury prone ivory is out, bilal Powell is a 3 down back that gets receptions. Even when Ivory is healthy Powell has been getting about 30% of the carries and just about all the receptions. They only worry with Powell is the utilization of Ridley when he's off PUP
You would trade Ivory for Lewis?! I would not. Blount could dominate touches at any point. Ivory is clearly the better runner and the main RB when healthy. His upside and floor are much better week-to-week. It's just a matter of being healthy. I'm not losing any sleep over Powell getting mop up and blocking snaps.Of course that's the smart move, but no one is going to trade you Dion Lewis for Chris Ivory.I'm thinking the smart move will be to trade him for someone like dion Lewis and keeping bilal Powell. And Ivory is a soft tissue injury at any moment waiting to happen. Usually in the first quarter and then nothing but a week of reports claiming "limited in practice".You would trade Ivory for Lewis?! The trade in question was Ivory and John Brown for D.Lewis. It was also assuming that both Ivory and Brown had decent weeks.I highly doubt anyone would give up Lewis for Ivory. Seems dumb to me.
Blount did not see any carries until the game was already a blowout and Lewis was rested in the second half. I'm a believer in Lewis based on what I've seen so far and I play in ppr leagues (so that skews my view a bit). You would trade Ivory for Lewis?! I would not. Roll with Foster and don't even think about it. Ivory is likely a week away from his quad being totally healed. Foster did not rush back and should be good to go.Great. Ivory or Foster..., I hate these choices
Wasn't Ivory full practice participant Thursday Friday.
C) Facing a Dolphins team that appears to be in complete disarray.Rich Cimini has said nothing on twitter regarding Ivory. He's usually on top of all things Jets.
I was burned by Ivory last week, but I'm having a hard time NOT putting him in the lineup after a) he sat out last week despite being "good to go" and b) Ivory has practiced this week.
kuou1e you saved my ### with your post! I owe you a beer mate!

When healthy he's actually been a RB1. Crazy. When healthy he's a solid RB2. Just you know... The healthy part.
