CJ Anderson (1 Viewer)

Crap OLine and teams know Thomas is the saving grace on Mannings "deep" ball. I give Manning props because he is playing with a noodle arm now but if this team was 0-5 instead of 5-0 you have to wonder if they would have gone to Osweiler. I know that is sac-relig but the offense has become limited by Peyton something that I don't think anyone was ever hoping to see.

LOL…took him the 2nd and handcuffed him with Hilton. Drafted Gore and traded him for Miller.

Starting RBs are Lewis and Rawls.

Holding both CJ and Hillman. I just have a gut feeling that one of them becomes valuable by year's end.

I like how Rotoworld just described CJA as an RB2/Flex against Cleveland next week, yet RW constantly referred to Moreno as an RB2 when he was kicking butt two years ago. Moreno's 2013 stats blew away 2015 CJA.
Lot of meat on the bone, when facing the Browns. LOT of meat on the bone. If you can't break out against the Browns, you aren't any good...
You're probably right about the Browns, but I predict it won't happen next Sunday. These Broncos just can't run.

Week 6 - here it comes, the big breakout game, just when 90% of owners have him firmly planted on the bench.
I may have to cut bait with cj and hillman if neither does anything this week. If you combine their production it isn't even rb 2 level most weeks.... Which is frustrating that a5-0 team can't run the ball

Only 5-0 because they have by far the best D in the league this year. Healthy and hungry.

With Manning at the helm (who thought hed finally act his age this year?) and arguably the best WR tandem in the league.

You guys have way larger cajones than me.

So he barely shows a pulse at home against MIN but because he's on the road in CLE he's finally going to be great?

He'll have to do it from my bench. No way I take this chance given what he's done to date.

starting only b/c martin is on a bye. and i've managed to make it to 4-1 despite starting CJA every week thus far.

time to #### or get on the bench for good CJ.

ETA: we're due..., right?

There's no reason to think this is gonna get any better right?
Certainly no way it can get worse...
Don't say that. It can. Somehow, someway, it can. Probably in the form of he has a decent game and his owners cling to him thinking "finally", only to realize it was a mirage.

From what people expected of him, this is an absolute bust. It would almost be better for owners if he were out and then its not a temptation you have to anguish over.

CLE is giving up the most points to RBs. Essentially every RB has had their best day on the ground vs. them.
and it could be him or Hillman, punt I say. no thanks
Or even their 3rd RB at this point. Yeah, CJ or Hillman could go off and have a great day but that's 50/50 at best on who gets that big play on that one down because I get the feeling that whoever strikes first and hard out of this backfield next is going to be the guy that Kubes just rides a hot hand with.It could be whoever is in the lineup at that time.

This team is getting to a point to where even Thompson could come in and have a nice series and do some nice things and next thing you know we are watching Kubiak standing in front of a mic somewhere talking about how this guy gave us that spark we been needing ... that consistency that's been missing, blah blah blah.

Guess I'm just saying that in a backfield that isn't working, nobody has a grip on it.

didnt Hillman tweak his hammy last weeek? that would probably give C J the edge ............right? :scared:

Supposedly that was the case.

I have seen a few minor reports confirming it, but I would like to hear from someone that may know a bit more.

I'm in a position where I might have to start Hillman, he is likely the best of several bad options. (Hillman, Rawls, Karlos Williams,or Ryan Mathews....Latavius Murray on bye)

I am starting Gio Bernard in the same league, and I have Jeremy Hill benched.

(I suppose if I was desperate I could simply start BOTH Cincy backs, but I don't care for those scenarios much)

The fact is, there are a few of us that have decisions in and around Hillman, and there is almost NOTHING news-wise coming out about Hillman and his slight injury.

CJ has been stinking it up this year.

I have Hillman in virtually every league, I didn't think CJ would do that well this year for several reasons, and drafted appropriately.

Well, I hit the nail on the head with that call, but the bad part is, Hillman has done absolutely #### also, and its hard to start either one.

Any info on this would be appreciated, and I will bump the Hillman thread.

I'm forced to start CJ or JStewart this week because of byes. Im going with CJ because of the matchup. Have a feeling this is his week (and I think Hillman's hammy gives CJ a bigger load).

Benched CJ for Woodhead but holding him for one more week to see if he can produce something. God only knows why. Maybe I could get something for him if he has a half decent game instead of outright cutting him.

CJA is one of my biggest mistakes ever. I'm paying for it in several leagues too. I thought sure he would not faceplant like Ball did last year. Oh how wrong I was. Unbelievable that I'm thinking about cutting a healthy (relatively) second-round draft pick.

look at it like he was injured ...may help ...or not

Just threw to Cj on a 3rd and 5 deep in the red zone but, of course, he didn't make the first down. They go for a field goal.

Crappy that this dude can't do anything well this year.

Good news I guess that he was even in there on a key play in the red zone.

So frustrating.
