Denarius Moore - CIncinnatti Bengals (2 Viewers)

Have Andre, Marshall, AJ Green and Moore. Have to start 3... Going with Andre and AJ for early games then gametime between Marshall and Moore at 4. PPR.

Wr3 today vs the Pats with WR2 upside. The pats are going to sell out to stop McFadden. There should be some lanes open and they will want to get the ball in Moore's hands.

Moore definitely is not a sure thing when they have Ford and DHB back. I really though he had earned the right to be the WR1 in this offense with Jacoby Ford in the slot or lining up across form him. Guess DHB making so much bread means he will play no matter what if he is active.

Shame on us that were romanced by his stats the last 2 weeks.

Moore has 2 more targets than Ford and 1 less than DHB right now. I dont think opportunity is/will be what holds him back

Oh but he only had the little part of that drive, I figured he racked 60 yds...3/19/TD in a PPR format is horrible, almost a hole on the roster. That's 10 points.

I'm just as high on Moore as anyone on here, but we need to remember last week his stats were inflated due to the end around or else he would have just had 4 catches for 34 yds. I think he's a great WR to have in dynasty formats, but so far this year I wouldn't be starting him unless I absolutely had no choice. Expecting 100 yard and 1TD performances every week is unrealistic for a rookie WR on a team that wants to run the ball a lot.

That's a heck of a lot better than 1/7/0, which is what he had late into the 4th quarter. He's definitely a hold guy. I would think one of the main reasons for the lost is not getting him the ball enough.

Yeah I was a little surprised they didn't SEEM to make a more concerted effort to get him the ball

He's going to be frustrating to own, as everyone will bench him next week, and he'll have a 70 yard bomb. He's the new Devery Henderson...

4for34 against the J E T S is excusable. Everyone, my self included, expected more of an 80-100 yd game with a td because it was NE.I bought into the hype and started him over Bowe. Bloom was very high on him this week as well because of the matchup. That's why expectations were high. I think he does become a Devery Henderson type player. Here one week, gone the next. You just think that he'd show up against the worst defenses.

I see your point. He might be one of those frustrating types of players week to week. I watched the game and he was in the lineup practically every snap, they just didn't throw to him that often. Now it could have been because he was having trouble getting open or he was at the mercy of Campbell's reads. Bottom line, we were hoping he will be the #1 WR after 3 games, but in reality he's still not the go-to guy yet for the Raiders. We already saw the affect Ford had on Moore being in the lineup. He had an end around that most certainly Moore would have ran if Ford was still out of the line up. Going forward, if DHB, Ford and Boss (who had a nice game by the way)stay healthy I don't see Moore getting more than 6 to 8 targets a game no matter who they play.

Whole lotta crying in here over a guy that scored a touchdown today in three straight games. Something Devery Henderson has never done.
Fixed.
Exaxtly... There's a lot to be excited about with Moore (especially in dynasty formats), the kid has exceptional abilities but he's going to be held back due to opportunities and playcalling, not because of his skill set. We might not see him reach his full potential for a couple years.

I didn't watch closely enough to see how they were covering him but regardless, they couldn't hit him on drag routes or screens or give him an end around? Doesn't he deserve to get the ball in his hands with the playmaking ability he's shown? I'm a little confused.

Why do you consider his stats "inflated" by the end around? It was an awesome run. Is every player's stats "inflated" by their best play of the game?

bc its not all that repeatable, esp when they in the most recent sample they preferred utilizing a different entity for the same objective.
