Its what im running with so far, but not really. Im just going from A-Z like a true nerd.
Onky problem is I need to have my steals done by round 20, so all the likely ketters are at the arse end of the alphabet

Just so we are clear about the order and picks
Round 2 - A drafter has the clock all to themself for one hour. If they havent picked in one hour, the next person is up.
We can only have 2 people available to pick at any one time. This clock is 24/7. If both people havent picked by the end of their hour, too bad. We wait.

Round 3 - As per Round 2 except it is now 3 people who can be up by the same rules as per round 2

Round 4 - Same, but 4 people can be up.

Round 5 onwards - one per day. First in, First served. We wait until the completion of round 4 and the next day, we start the one per day thing
