Did Akers get a FG taken off the board? (1 Viewer)

TV and Sportsline both showed Eagles with 41 points and that Akers hit a 51 yarder. 3 minute commercial, comes back with Eagles with 38 points and NFL.com said kick was blocked. Did he make the first one, then have it called off due to a timeout or something, then get the re-kick blocked?

Eagle fans - nothin'? Anybody recall what led up to the block - did he hit one first?

The kick was blocked (the first one, not a re-kick), no clue why TV and Sportsline would say otherwise. Perhaps someone at Sportsline screwed up and TV takes there scores from them. But he never put one through from 51.
