Everyday Non-Curb Larry David/Seinfeld Discussion (1 Viewer)

In the bottle deposit episode, why would they have a mail truck drive directly from New York to Michigan? Doesn't seem very efficient. No wonder the USPS is eleventy billion dollars in the hole.

Name George's bosses...
SteibrennerK-Ooger

Frank Costanza

Mr Pitt
George never worked for Mr Pitt. He did work for Mr. Lipman (briefly). His boss at Play Now was Mr. Tomasulo.

And his boss at the start of the show was Rick Levitan from Rick Barr properties
Well why don't you just tell me who his bosses were?
Was that wrong? Should I have not done that? I tell you, I gotta plead ignorance on this thing because if anyone had said anything to me at all when I first started here that that sort of thing was frowned upon, you know, ‘cause I've worked in a lot of offices and I tell you people do that all the time.

In 2006, the Bush White House and Congress whacked the post office with the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act — an incredible piece of ugliness requiring the agency to PRE-PAY the health care benefits not only of current employees, but also of all employees who'll retire during the next 75 years. Yes, that includes employees who're not yet born.
