FBG rankings still missing 2024 stats (1 Viewer)

Your player profile pages are still missing last year’s stats. Many of us FFPC players will have our rookie drafts starting in about 1 week.
Any chance you can rally the team to get this sorted asap?

I actually fixed this yesterday. I used Mahomes’ page as the test page. Please let me know if you’re still seeing them missing on any other players - please link to the player page if so then I can be sure. But I think it’s fixed now.

Bumping a THIRD time for @Simon Shepherd and @Joe Bryant
This is a basic and necessary feature for those of us prepping for rookie free agent drafts this weekend.

I’ve given multiple examples above of 2024 stats missing from player profile pages, and I just viewed the latest dynasty PPR RB rankings and clicked down from the top of the rankings and none of Gibbs, Bijan, Achane or Breece Hall have 2024 stats and I stopped there since /every single player/ I’ve checked so far does not have 2024 stats.

Can this please get fixed asap?

hey @joey . I try to do family time over weekends, apologies that I only just saw your posts now.

You'll see above that we haven't ignored this, and I have already worked on trying for a solution.

I'll file this and try to take a look this week. Unfortunately it's not an easy thing for me to try to resolve since a different developer set this system up.

First thing. Apologies for my mistake and not asking you to file a regular ticket with customer service.This is a perfect example of why we are unable to do customer service on the Forums. It’s way too easy for things to slip through the cracks.

For anything in the future, please go to www.footballguys.com/help andclick the “contact support“ button as that way a proper ticket will be filed that is trackable. And importantly, it t doesn’t depend on me staying on top of the Forums 24–7.

Secondly, sorry for the confusion on the answer.

My original answer to your post was that it would be later in May before this error was resolved as we are implementing a new design for some parts of the site that affect this.

Simon always tries to get things out faster if he can and he thought he could hear. But that is not the case.

He’s deep into work on that project plus several more, but will try to take a look at this as soon as he can possibly this week.

But it very likely may be something that’s not able to fix until next month. Apologies for the confusion, and I should have been more clear on delivering and answer that would be seen as bad news. Better to do that and be clear than have confusion.
