When you are out, what are your standard go-to cocktails? 

Tonight I went Bombay Sapphire Martini. Simple as it gets. 

Tito’s, rocks, blue cheese olives or Bourbon rocks. If I’m home, I go neat on the Bourbon. Ice is solely my governor when I’m out and drinking hard alcohol. I don’t get another until the ice is gone

But that's not what I was hoping for here. Was hoping it could be a "links to pics of cool food you made or ate". But I screwed it up dragging In N Out into this. My fault.

Depends where I am and what I’m having but if I’m not going with some house craft cocktail usually something burbon based (manhattan or old fashioned)

sometimes just a simple vodka soda

will get the occasional negroni too, especially if I’m doing Italian food

spicy chicken, hoisin-covered bacon and crispy chicken skin ...can't go wrong.  

It's a poor man's Peking Duck.  You can do Chinese pancakes instead of the steamed bao buns - we like both ways.
