Sadly this is looking like a damn good call.I agree that he is good. However, Philly has a propensity to completely ignore him from time to time. This game is clearly going in that direction. He will finish with about 2 catches for around 18-20 yards. McNabb can only see Avant, Celek and check down passes. He isn't looking down field at all. They just haven't been using him much/getting him involved in the game plan and he's just too good for that to happen for too long.Is it his sheer lack of targets? Or is it is underwhelming presence on the field that leads you to believe this?I feel like a big play is coming up to D Jackson soon, or at least an attempt for a big play.
Two first downs Dallas and you win on the road in Philly where you lost 44 to 6 last year. Let's go!Come on, Philly has no timeouts left, just get the ball back D.
Good God, this is the greatest post I have read in days.Thank you sir.RE: Austin play....example # 4909029490709809082409 of why whining about a players lack of production during a game is obnoxious, stupid, and really really really annoying in game threads. No one on that field cares about your fantasy team...and the games are 60 minutes long...not 20 or 30 or 40 or 50.
Speaking of annoying...RE: Austin play....example # 4909029490709809082409 of why whining about a players lack of production during a game is obnoxious, stupid, and really really really annoying in game threads. Yet another example of his inability to manage a game . . .What in the hell is Reid thinking by kicking a field goal??? Completely ######ed.
No, but you don't want to pass and throw incomplete and then have the Philly D blitzing on Romo and then have Romo do something game changing.I wouldn't even mind seeing that Wildcat they used earlier. I'll take 4 yards on 1st down right now. It's time for the offense to finish this one. IMO they can't just run MB3 or they will be punting. They need to get first downs.
I think the new health care bill is a complete waste of taxpayer money.Let's not get all conservative now.
that's what you get with a player like Jackson though....do you really expect him to catch 80 yard tds every week? he's not a possession guy - maclin is filling that role nicely - and Desean will have awesome weeks and weeks like this....it's the nature of the game - and why no one ever finishes the year with 30 tds and 2000 yards receiving. Expecting him to do that every week is simply ludicrous...and a prime example of how FF has completely skewed some peoples ability to enjoy the game and see it as it is.Sadly this is looking like a damn good call.I agree that he is good. And there lies the problem. The Eagles are a notoriously bad 2-minute team. Reid should have went for it when they had the chance......plain and simple. The announcers are so confused by that decision. It's pretty simple, Reid has faith in his team.
Like he has no idea how they work.LOL at Reid just starring at the clock.
Now it's time for MBIII left, MBIII right, MBIII playaction!
Don't forget...Roy Williams can't play either.Romo the choker!!Oh wait...
Not in his offense. The announcers are so confused by that decision. It's pretty simple, Reid has faith in his team.
Wild prediction... talk in Philly this week will be about getting the ball to Jackson more.that's what you get with a player like Jackson though....do you really expect him to catch 80 yard tds every week? he's not a possession guy - maclin is filling that role nicely - and Desean will have awesome weeks and weeks like this....it's the nature of the game - and why no one ever finishes the year with 30 tds and 2000 yards receiving.
